What to Share First

A brief introduction is enough to begin: your industry, location, reason for exploring a sale, revenue, SDE or EBITDA and asking price, if known. You can omit identifying customer or employee details and provide a high-level summary before sharing confidential financial materials.

How the Conversation Works

Submit your summary. If the opportunity aligns with our focus, we can discuss your goals, timing and next steps. Any confidentiality arrangements, valuation, diligence and transaction terms are discussed separately. An inquiry is not an offer or commitment to buy or sell.

For Business Brokers and Advisors

We welcome broker-represented and off-market opportunities. Include a listing or summary link if available and identify your relationship to the business. Please share only information you are authorized to disclose.

Business Seller FAQs

How can I explore selling my business privately in Wichita?

Begin with a high-level summary of the industry, location, revenue and reason for considering a sale. Avoid customer names, employee details and sensitive records in the first inquiry. Discuss confidentiality arrangements before providing detailed financial information.

Can I approach Clear Vector Capital without a broker?

Yes. We welcome direct introductions from business owners as well as broker-represented opportunities. If you have an advisor or a representation agreement, tell us so the conversation can proceed through the appropriate parties.

What information helps with an initial review?

Share your business type, service area, annual revenue, earnings measure, asking price and desired transition timing, if known. Identify whether earnings are SDE or EBITDA and the period covered. You can start with estimates labeled as estimates; supporting financials can follow.

How should I prepare my business for a sale conversation?

Organize recent financial statements and tax records, a summary of owner responsibilities, customer concentration, key employees, equipment and lease obligations. Separate recurring earnings from one-time items and explain any proposed adjustments. These materials help a buyer understand operations and the transition required.

Will you consider seller financing?

You are welcome to propose seller financing as part of the discussion. Whether it is appropriate depends on the opportunity, diligence and mutually agreed terms. No financing structure or purchase is promised through an initial inquiry.

How is price or closing timing determined?

Price and timing depend on earnings quality, operations, assets, liabilities, financing and diligence. Share your expectations early so we can discuss whether there is a practical fit. An initial review does not establish a valuation or closing date.
